I hope you like this. ๐Ÿ˜Š  Ingredients  :-  - Paneer (cottage cheese) 1 cup - Papad halved 8 - Oil 1 tablespoon - Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon - Green chillies finely chopped 1-2 - Onion finely chopped 1 medium - Asafoetida ½ teaspoon - Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon - Turmeric powder ¼ teaspoon - Salt to taste - Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped 1 tablespoon - Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing Method :- - Step 1 Roast each papads on a non-stick pan and shape into a cone while still warm. - Step 2 Heat oil in the same non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds, green chillies and onion and sautรฉ till translucent. - Step 3 Add chilli powder and turmeric powder, mix and cook for 30 seconds. Add cottage cheese and mix well. I hope you like this. ๐Ÿ˜Š  Ingredients for Khaman Dhokla Recipe :- - Gram flour (besan) sieved 2 cups - Yogurt beaten 1 cup - Salt to taste - Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon - Green chilli-ginger paste 1 teaspoon - Oil 2 tablespoons - Lemon juice 1 tablespoon - Soda bicarbonate 1 teaspoon - Mustard seeds 1 teaspoon - Fresh coriander leaves chopped 2 tablespoons - Coconut scraped 1/2 cup Method :- - Step 1 Take gram flour in a bowl. Add yogurt and approximately one cup of warm water and mix. Avoid lumps. Add salt and mix again. - Step 2 Leave it aside to ferment for three to four hours. When gram flour mixture has fermented, add turmeric powder and green chilli-ginger paste. Mix. Heat the steamer. I hope you like this. ๐Ÿ˜Š  Ingredients for Breakfast Casserole Recipe :- - Potatoes boiled, peeled and mashed 3-4 medium - Tomatoes cut into roundels 2-3 medium - Butter for brushing and for greasing - Bacon strips 10-12 - White bread slices 8 - Eggs 4 - Salt to taste - Crushed black peppercorns to taste - Mixed herbs to sprinkle - Fresh coriander leaves chopped for garnishing Method :- - Step 1 Preheat an oven at 180ยบ C. Preheat an electric griller and grease it with some butter. - Step 2 Fill a piping bag fitted with star nozzle with mashed potatoes. - Step 3 Grill the tomato roundels on preheated griller from both sides till grill marks appear.
