I hope you like this. 😊  Ingredients for Breakfast Burrito Recipe Whole wheat tortilla  4 Baked beans  1 cup Eggs  4 Avocado  ½ medium Tomato chopped  1 medium Yellow capsicum chopped  ½ medium Green capsicum chopped  ½ medium Grated cheese  1 cup Sour cream  2 tablespoons Crushed black peppercorns  to taste Red chilli flakes  1 teaspoon Salsa  ¼ cup Oil Method Step 1 Heat some oil in a non-stick pan, add capsicums and tomato. Toss to mix. Step 2 Add chilli flakes, crushed pepper. Toss to mix. Step 3 Add beans and mix well. Cook for a minute. Step 4 Break eggs in a bowl, add salt and whisk well. Watermelon and Fresh Mozarella Salad Hello dear friends... how are you  ??? I hope you all are happy and healthy... Today i will new recipi... I hope you like this. 😊  Ingredients for Watermelon and Fresh Mozarella Salad Recipe Watermelon quartered, peeled, seeded and cut into cubes  1 small Mozzarella cheese balls  8-12 Balsamic vinegar  ½ cup Castor sugar (caster sugar)  1 tablespoon Fresh basil leaves  8-12 as required Mixed beetroot and sunflower micro greens  as required Method Step 1 Heat balsamic vinegar in a non-stick pan. Add castor sugar, swirl and cook till the mixture reduces slightly. Step 2 Place one cheese ball on each basil leaf and insert in a plastic skewer along with a watermelon cube. Step 3 Place some mixed micro greens on a serving platter and place skewered cheese balls-watermelon on one side. Step 4 Drizzle some balsamic reduction over the skewers and micro greens and serve immediately.
